This is my first personal project. A company run in farming/feedlot industry wants to renovate their employee housing in Bojong, Bekasi. They demolish all structures that had been built before because of the building condition and going to build 3 brand new small-simple-36 sqm houses on the site.

The houses are facing the main road, I give access to the farm through the back door. I propose to use natural stones on the facade, along with their identity (farming) that sounds like tough and a little bit dirty-ish. We also use brown as main color, to keep it on the low-maintenance-need level. I chose different height roofing to maximize air circulation on the site because it's a little bit hot and dry on the site.
