The Crest project was aimed to provide a fully-furnished apartment units for the new customers. Dekoruma offered 3 styles for the program:
classic modern
scandinavian
japandi
I handled approximately 100 full-furnished interior units for an apartment tower (The Crest, West Vista--Keppel Land Indonesia) I was responsible for nearly end to end process of the project started from:
kick-off meeting with customers
involved in the procurement & production phase with the team
overseeing the installation
coordinating & scheduling the vendors
quality checking
reporting the progress to the office, Keppel Land, and customers
handing it over with Keppel & customers
This might not a perfect project and I was having so many bumps at the time. but I'm proud of myself for finishing 2 contract rounds between Dekoruma and Keppel Land Indonesia. I am happy for the experience.
